Gymlog 私隱政策
摘要
Gymlog 是給教練和訓練者使用的訓練記錄工具。你輸入的所有資料只保存在你的裝置上。我們不設帳戶，不投放廣告，不追蹤你，也不會收集、傳送或出售任何資料。
1. 儲存在本機的資料
學員資料（姓名、聯絡方式、目標、病史備註等）、體測記錄、訓練計劃、訓練成績和備註都保存在裝置本機。Excel 匯入和體測報告照片的文字辨識也在本機完成，不會上傳。
App 沒有伺服器，我們無法查看、取得或刪除你的資料。
這些資料會隨 iOS 裝置備份（iCloud 或電腦備份）一併備份，範圍由你的系統設定決定。你主動匯出的備份檔、CSV 或分享檔，接收方和保存方式由你決定。
2. 權限
- 藍牙：只用於連接你選擇的心率帶，並即時顯示心率。心率不會上傳。
- 通知：用於休息計時和 WOD 計時提醒。
- 相片：透過系統相片選擇器選取體測報告照片，App 只能讀取你選中的照片。
3. 學員資料
如果你是教練並錄入學員資料，你需要自行取得學員同意，並遵守你所在地區的個人資料法例（例如香港《個人資料（私隱）條例》）。
4. 保留與刪除
資料在你刪除相關記錄或刪除 App 後從本機移除。系統備份是否一併移除，取決於你的 iOS 設定。
5. 兒童
Gymlog 不以 13 歲以下兒童為對象。
6. 政策更新
如果日後加入需要傳送資料的功能，我們會先更新本政策，並在 App 內事先徵求你的同意。

Gymlog Privacy Policy
Summary
Gymlog is a training log for coaches and athletes. Everything you enter stays on your device. There are no accounts, ads or tracking, and we do not collect, transmit or sell any data.
1. Data stored on your device
Client information (name, contact details, goals, medical notes), body-composition records, training plans, results and notes are stored on the device. Excel import and text recognition on body-composition report photos also run on the device and are not uploaded.
The app has no server, so we cannot see, obtain or delete your data.
This data is included in iOS device backups (iCloud or computer) according to your system settings. Backups, CSV files or share files you export go wherever you send them.
2. Permissions
- Bluetooth: used only to connect the heart-rate strap you choose and show live heart rate. Heart rate is not uploaded.
- Notifications: rest-timer and WOD-timer alerts.
- Photos: body-composition report photos are chosen through the system photo picker; the app can read only the photos you select.
3. Client data
If you are a coach entering client information, you are responsible for obtaining your clients' consent and complying with applicable data-protection law (for example, Hong Kong's Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance).
4. Retention and deletion
Data is removed from the device when you delete the records or the app. Whether system backups are also removed depends on your iOS settings.
5. Children
Gymlog is not directed to children under 13.
6. Changes
If we add a feature that sends data off the device, we will update this policy first and ask for your agreement in the app beforehand.
